Billy's triathlon journey all began at a motocross school taught by David Bailey (2000 Ironman World Championship PC division winner) who would train Billy for his first triathlon season. After his first Sprint distance triathlon he was hooked and has been racing as a time crunched athlete ever since. He spent a bulk of his racing while having five children and a demanding career, he truly understands what it means to be "time crunched."

Billy loves ALL "3" sports and teaching! He is a full-time coach and has athletes all over the world.  One of his favorite things to do is traveling to races when possible! "There is nothing more fulfilling then seeing your athlete cross the finish line of their first 70.3 or Ironman!"  Billy believes the coach-athlete relationship is a fundamental part of creating successful athletes.

Over the last 19 years, he has been mentored by some of the best professional coaches in the sport and enjoys sharing these lessons with his athletes. These relationships have allowed him to take athletes to the next level. Billy has coached athletes for their first triathlon and has qualified athletes for the Ironman 70.3 & Ironman World Championships.

To Billy coaching is more than just giving you a training session. His coaching philosophy is getting to know you as a person, an athlete, eliminating your limiters, and keeping it FUN. His goal is to make you the best athletic YOU!
