Vic is a nutrition coach for outdoor athletes - primarily working with runners, triathletes, and cyclists. He helps them know when, what, and how much to eat to perform at their highest level. Vic has competed competitively in trail and ultra running, triathlons, and mountain biking. He started his coaching career helping collegiate athletes at Northern Arizona University with their fueling and nutrition, and has since moved on to work with high-performing outdoor athletes around the world. He helps his athletes apply fueling and nutrition research and principles in practical ways to improve their health and performance.
