- 4:00-5:30pm - 6-90 min optional shakeout swim
- 6:30-8:30pm - Welcome dinner - Pizza party!

Friday, Oct 13: Day 2
- 7:00-7:45am - Breakfast
- 8:00-11:00am - Long Ride - 2 Groups: Advanced/Intermediate & Beginners
- 12:00-1:30pm - Lunch
- 2:00-3:15pm - Swim Form Clinic
- 4:00-5:00pm - Strength Session
- 6:00-8:00pm - BBQ Dinner

- 7:00-7:45am - Breakfast
- 8:00-10:00am - Long Run
- 10:00-10:45am - Group Stretch & Refuel
- 11:00am-12:00pm - Bike Handling Clinic
- 12:00-1:30pm - Lunch
- 2:00-3:15pm - Swim Workout
- 4:00-5:00pm - Transition Clinic
- 6:00-8:00pm - Pasta Dinner
