Conflict Resolution and Reporting Mechanism

In the spirit of maintaining a harmonious environment, conflicts should be approached with open communication and a willingness to understand different viewpoints. If conflicts arise, involve a designated team leader or committee member to mediate and find resolutions.

Team Participation and Engagement

As a member of South Bay Squad, we encourage your active participation in team events, training sessions, and community service initiatives. Engage with our multiple team partners/sponsors, who generously support our athletes in their pursuits.

Social Media Etiquette

Your online behavior reflects on our team. Refrain from engaging in negative discussions, drama, or bullying on social media platforms. Such content will be promptly removed. Promote a positive image of our team and the sport we love.

Image Release

By joining South Bay Squad, you grant us permission to use your image in perpetuity for promotional materials, both created by us and third parties, that benefit our team's mission.

Regular Review and Continuous Improvement

This Code of Conduct is a living document that will be reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with our team's values.

Termination of Membership

Violation of this Code of Conduct can result in the termination of your membership in South Bay Squad. We are committed to maintaining an environment that embodies respect, inclusivity, and positivity.
