Born and raised in Los Angeles, Laura is not only a devoted mother of three but also a beacon of motivation in the triathlon community. With a background in competitive swimming and water polo throughout high school and college, Laura discovered a passion for running in her twenties. This newfound love led her to complete her first marathon in 2013, igniting a fire that propelled her to conquer numerous 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, and marathons. In 2015, Laura embraced the challenge of triathlons, starting with a sprint race, and soon found herself deeply enamored with this multifaceted sport. Nearly a decade later, she has achieved remarkable milestones, including the completion of several full Ironman distances, a testament to her dedication and passion for the sport.
Driven by her love for triathlon, health, and fitness, Laura pursued professional certification to deepen her impact on the community. As a Certified USA Triathlon Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Coach, she is committed to sharing her wealth of knowledge and expertise. Laura's coaching experience spans triathlon clinics and camps, club team coaching, strength courses for endurance athletes, and personalized strength coaching. She believes in the transformative power of nutrition in achieving peak performance, offering tailored guidance in daily and sports nutrition to support athletes in reaching their full potential.
