Kenneth Westling

Originally from Finland, Kenneth spent his childhood years in Asia, his teenage years in Africa and Europe, and his university/work years in the United States. He’s had the privilege of being exposed to a wide range of backgrounds, ideas, and cultures his entire life.

Kenneth has been involved in the digital space for the majority of his career. He spent 5 years leading the social media program for Five Guys out of Washington, DC, and then moved to California in 2017 where he managed the social media program for Applebee’s and subsequently USC. Today, Kenneth is the Creative Strategist for Social Media at VITRO.

From an athletics standpoint, Kenneth has been involved in sports his entire life. In high school, he was on the cross country, basketball, volleyball, and tennis teams. Since then, he’s done countless 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons. His first marathon was the 2014 Philadelphia Marathon, and he recently completed his second full marathon at the LA Marathon. Kenneth's triathlon journey began with the 2021 Malibu Triathlon, which qualified him for the USA Triathlon Age Group National Championships in Milwaukee. In 2023, he accomplished another major milestone by completing his first Ironman 70.3 race in Santa Cruz, CA.

Kenneth continues to bring his creativity, strategic expertise, and love for endurance sports to South Bay Squad, where he helps foster an inspiring and connected community.
